Yes, we guarantee that our VPN4ALL service as a whole is secure, reliable, fast and always available. However, we do not provide any Service Level Agreement (SLA). Some of our servers in more than 25 countries (50 locations) may be under service from time to time, and to date no more than 6% of our servers have ever been down at the same time. That is 3 servers out of more than 50, so you would have always had at least 47 other connecting servers to provide you with secure and fast service.
Considering that we have servers in over 50 locations, how likely is it that all of the servers will be down at the same time? Not very. Also note that the servers are all hosted in different Data Centers, so that in effect, we have Service Level Agreements from over 50 Data Centers worldwide. Statistically, it is almost impossible that all of the data centers would be down at the same time. But if all our data centers and servers were to fail at the same time, we would refund you the balance of the outstanding paid portion of your subscription with VPN4ALL.
