For all paid VPN4ALL plans:
All new VPN4ALL accounts have a no-questions-asked 30-day moneyback guarantee if less than 100MB has been used. If a customer cancels their VPN4ALL service or a package of VPN4ALL services, they will have their payment refunded.
Refunds of payments for services and packages of services (combo deals) where bandwidth usage exceeded 100MB are at the discretion of the VPN4ALL Management. As a rule of thumb, we do issue refunds for services with overused bandwidth in cases when user experiences ongoing unresolved technical problems with VPN4ALL software.
All deposit payments to VPN4ALL (made via “Deposit Funds” in the Client Area) are non-refundable.
To claim a refund you must:
- Go to your VPN4ALL Client Area, and request an immediate service cancellation (within 30 days of your original order date).
- In your VPN4ALL Client Area, open a new billing support ticket and inform our Billing Department that you request a refund.
Refunds via PayPal:
If you paid by PayPal subscription, don’t forget to login to your PayPal account and cancel an automated payments profile (subscription) for VPN4ALL service. Otherwise your PayPal account might be charged for the service renewal (not by us, but by PayPal).
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that refund requests communicated to a VPN4ALL staff member in a manner other than the above may not be processed in a timely manner.
